My primary goal is to help professionals and organizations understand, nurture, and develop the gifts, talents, careers, and wellbeing of gifted people across their lifespan, by centering the whole person--intellectually, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. I design professional learning for educators and employers to help them recognize and support gifted and twice-exceptional managers, employees, and clients.
